Beginner Clallenge

20 HATE DAY CHALLENGE
28 day challenge of 45 min workout

Introductory challenge.  3 days a week and an optimal cardio day at the gym or at home. A great way to taste Witfits style of training  as well as to push yourself to become fitter and stronger.

Cost for non members: $80 for 28 days.
Cost for  members: $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide.

Fat Loss / Fitness / Strength & Conditioning

30 – 40 Challenge 
40 days of 30 min workout

Ideal challenge for people who want to come in, get it done and get out. A mixture of weight training, interval based cardio machine training and body weight conditioning / calisthenic.

Cost for non members: $189.99 in total – 40 days ( no membership required).
Cost for  members: $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide.

WITFIT 4 LIFE
6 week and 8 week clannenge

A full body program – 5 workouts a week for 6 or 8 weeks. The 5 day split works on day 1 upper body , day 2 cardio , day 3 lower body, day 4 cardio , day 5 full body.

Cost for non members: $220 for 6 weeks  or $250.00 in total – 8 weeks

SUPER SHED ME
8 week challenge

Super Shed me is an 8 week cardio based challenge – 5 workouts a week for 8 weeks 40 different challenging workouts to keep your body guessing.

6 week clannenge

6 weeks of fat burning – challenging workouts. We have taken 6 different fitness athletes, gurus and models and given you their weekly breakdown of training splits.

16 – 4 week challenge

16 High intensity interval based workouts. Ideally for non beginners, however we introduce an introductory week at the beginning of the challenge for beginners so that you have a level of fitness before tackling this challenge.

Muscle Gain / Strength & Conditioning

COMPOUND AND CORE
4 week challenge

A 4 week challenge focusing on compound lifts, cardio splits and core exercises. A great way to build up some mass and strength but also improve your fitness and core stability.

HUGE JACKED MAN/WOMAN

8 weeks of muscle tearing celebrity workouts  – We have taken 6 different bodybuilders, celebrities and athletes and given you their weekly break down of training splits.

5 Workouts a week – hitting every body part to maximize growth and strength. Weeks 1 and 4 workouts follow a traditional bodybuilding split focusing on reps and volume.

CORPORATE AND TEAM CHALLENGE
For work or your sporting team

Let us prepare a personalized fitness challenge for your team at work or sports team. We can run 1 or 2 private group sessions a week as well alongside the challenge everyone has fun, everyone gets fit.  We will do testing and  measurements at the beginning of the challenge.
