All programs can be tailored for beginners to the super fit – No membership fees

8 weeks of muscle tearing celebrity workouts  – We have taken 6 different bodybuilders, celebrities and athletes and given you their weekly break down of training splits.

Try a different persons workout split every week, challenge your body’s muscular endurance.

Not a program for the easily bored, it involves a lot of sets and reps  but it is cool to train like the celebrities.  4 -6 workouts a week.

Cost for non members: $250 in total for 8 weeks
Cost for  members: $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide

 Whats Included:

Initial – 1 hour  (one on one ) consultation – measurements / photos/ scheduling / food planning

Complete workout guide with calendar and marked days for you to come in

Personal Trainers available to you 6 days a week to come in and complete

your workouts. (Constant supervision and motivation from our team)

All you have to do is walk into the studio and the trainers will tell you what to do

how to do it and spot you. There will be no cheating or easy options

Trainers will be on your ass all the way through.
