All programs can be tailored for beginners to the super fit – No membership fees

16 High intensity interval based workouts. Ideally for non beginners, however we introduce an introductory week at the beginning of the challenge for beginners so that you have a level of fitness before tackling this challenge.

It’s an extra $20 for an introductory week if you wish to build a base before hand

Workouts are broken into cardio/core , upper body and lower body split programs.

4 workouts are to be completed each week.

Workouts go from 25-35min

It’s a fun mix or circuits, machine based cardio splits and old school conditioning with kettle-bells, ropes and stair runs. No workout is the same.

Cost for non members: $150.00 in total – 4 weeks (additional $20 for beginner week)
Cost for  members: $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide

 Whats Included:

Initial – 1 hour  (one on one ) consultation – measurements / photos/ scheduling / food planning

Complete workout guide with calendar and marked days for you to come in

Personal Trainers available to you 6 days a week to come in and complete

your workouts. (Constant supervision and motivation from our team)

All you have to do is walk into the studio and the trainers will tell you what to do

how to do it and spot you. There will be no cheating or easy options

Trainers will be on your ass all the way through.
