How witfit health club works

No matter what your fitness goal is or physical ability all you have to do is walk through our front doors and witfit trainers will take care of your workout from start to finish every time you come in.  This is the service that’s sets us a apart from our competitors.

Our personal coaching timetable allows our members to come in during coaching times and have the ability to have a personal trainer to train them. And unlike most commercial gyms our personal coaching service is at no extra cost to our members, it’s included in our monthly membership.

How it works

  • As a member you walk in the gym and you are greeted by a Witfit Coach straight away
  • You and your Witfit Coach then plan out your workouts for the week depending on how many times you want to train
  • Your Witfit Coach  then takes you through your workout form start to finish.
  • No bookings required – Train as much you want with our coaches 6 days a week.
  • Your workouts are personalised and tailored to your specific goals – Its not group training.

What makes us different

  • Witfit provides it members with  Personal trainers every time they come in during coaching hours. This means you always have a trainer to take you through a workout so you don’t have to make up one, you always have a trainer to spot you and you always have a trainer to keep you honest and make sure you are not cheating yourself. 

  • There are no bookings or hourly fees for our trainers, you train on your own schedule and you can train as much as you want with our trainers, there are no time restrictions.  You can also train two to three times a day if you wish.

  • We provide you with a variety of new workouts each week so you never do the same workout. We keep the workouts exciting and tailored to your specific fitness goals.

  • We have a strict no douche bag , hero, sleazebag policy. We are happy to turn away possible members that we think ruin our non-intimidating friendly gym environment.

  • We have no joining fees, exits fees or long term contracts on our membership.

  • We run a variety of classes and fitness challenges for extra motivation. Plus the gym is open from 6am till late everyday so you can come use the gym amenities even when the trainers aren’t in.

  • You get more value for your money. A typical hourly personal training session at most gyms can vary from $60 -$100 an hour.  Plus you may also be paying a monthly membership on top of that.  At Witfit  we include personal coaching  service all in one and our membership is cheaper than most 24/7 health clubs that provide no service but provide you a room with just s gym equipment in it.

Come in during any of the times below and our trainers will be available to train you. No bookings required and there will be a personal trainer to train you at no extra cost. The trainer will push, motivate and guide you through a goal specific workout.

Fitness Challenges

30 – 40 CHALLENGE
40 days of 30 min workout

30 – 30 min full body interval and rep based workouts. All different workouts. A mixture of weight training, interval based cardio machine training and body weight conditioning / calisthenics.

Cost for non members : $189.99 in total – 40 days ( no membership required).
Cost for  members : $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide.

WITFIT – GET BIG
6 weeks of 1 hour sessions

Great challenge for beginners who want to learn how to start lifting or have just started lifting. 5 Workouts a week – hitting every body part to maximise growth and strength.

Cost for non members : $220 for 6 weeks.
Cost for  members : $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide.

20 HATE DAY CHALLENGE
28 day challenge of 45 min workout

Introductory challenge.  3 days a week and an optimal cardio day at the gym or at home. A great way to taste Witfits style of training  as well as to push yourself to become fitter and stronger.

Cost for non members : $80 for 28 days.
Cost for  members : $70 for 1 hour consultation and workout guide.
